Bursa Textile Show Strengthened the Exports of the Sector

Bursa Textile Show Fair, one of the most important meetings of the textile sector in Turkey, continues to add strength to the foreign trade volume of the sector. The organization, which brought together local and foreign business professionals in Bursa between 5-7 September 2023 with the organization of KFA Fair Organization under the leadership of Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO), hosted many innovations with trend area and inspiring seminars. The companies that opened stands at the fair, which was visited by buyers from approximately 70 countries, said that the organization, which was held for the 10th time, increased its quality every period.

Bursa, which has centuries of production experience in textile, continues to strengthen its exports with Bursa Textile Show Fair. Bursa Textile Show, organized twice a year with the unity of the sector representatives, managed to take its place among the brand fairs in a short time. Bursa Textile Show Fair, which renewed its concept with the experience of KFA Fair Organization and made significant contributions to the export journey of companies with qualified buyer delegations, hosted its visitors with the participation of nearly 180 companies between September 5-7, 2023. The fair, which presented the 2023-2024 autumn-winter garment fabric collections to domestic and foreign business professionals, took place in Bursa International Fair and Congress Center in 4 halls, on a total area of 10 thousand square meters.

The Heart of the Industry Beats at Bursa Textile Show

At the brand meeting of the sector, qualified buyers from abroad came together with Bursa companies at the cooperation table. Within the scope of the activities of KFA Fair Organization in partnership with BTSO and UTIB, foreign buyers from different geographies of the world, especially from Europe, Africa and the Middle East countries, held important business negotiations with the companies that opened stands at the fair. The fair also organized a B2B organization within the scope of the Ministry of Trade's Ur-Ge projects. Bringing together Turkish textile manufacturers with buyers from all over the world, the heart of the sector beat at Bursa Textile Show for 3 days. More than 7 thousand local and foreign business professionals visited the fair.

Trend Area and Inspiring Seminars

Bursa Textile Show, while strengthening the exporter identity of companies in the global arena, also hosted many innovations with trend areas and seminars. Inspirational seminars attracted great interest at the fair where the pulse of the textile industry was beating. During the fair, WGSN Mindset Director Kim Mannino, who has significant experience in the fashion industry, held seminars on WGSN fall winter 24-25 Fabric Trends, AIT Artificial Intelligence Developer Çilem Afacan on digital transformation in the fashion and textile industry, Lenzing Turkey Business Development Department Manager İlkşen Dedeoğlu Demiray on solutions for sustainability in textiles and Muhammet Tunça, Real Estate Expertise Assistant from the Turkish Patent Industry, on design registration processes.
